One of the biggest drawback of the Online Shopping is ‘Return and Refund‘. Since you don’t know the physical location of the selller, getting money refunded is not easier.
To break this stereotype, Myntra recently roll out a new advertisement highlighting its ‘Instand Refund’ Policy‘. The ad goes like this.
- The girl featuring in this ad is Fatima Sana Shaikh
- It is for the first time, she has shopped online and now she wants to return it back.
- She is telling the delivery boy about her father’s links with the Cheif Minister as she is worried about getting the refund.
- At the same time, she get a message on her phone which say ‘Refund Processed’.
Myntra kicked off the 360 degree marketing campaign and has launched this marketing campaign especially for non-metro cities customer who had never tried Online Shopping.
It seem that myntra has done enough research before launching this ad. Instead of showing the entire purchase cycle, myntra has emphasizing upon the hassle free return and instand refund.
Over all, the ad is good. But it would be more better, if they had involved some part of buying in the ad. This is because, non-metro customers are even not aware of the buying process.
