Customer Service
We started a dedicated helpdesk portal for our customers. Now our customer can contact us from any place on the Internet. Through this helpdesk ticketing portal, we also ensure that we don’t miss any important messages from our customers.
For example, Our customer tries to contact us through various ways like Social Media Network, Contact Us Page, Online Chat etc. In such a case, it becomes very difficult to trace and answer all the message within time. Thus, we started missing the important message from our customers.
We resolved this problem through helpdesk portal. Now, we can reply to any message directly on the helpdesk dashboard. This helpdesk synchronizes all message at one place.
Real Review from Real Customer
We started collecting reviews from our customer. These reviews are collected from the real customer who ordered a design from our website.
For Example, Our customers were worried about the quality of designs. So, we started collecting reviews from our customers who already used these designs.
Now, our new customer can refer these reviews before purchasing any designs from our website.
We also started collecting feedback directly from our customers at EmbroideryShristi forum.
Besides these major changes, we also did some minor changes to our website and services. For example,
